Policies and Procedures

Rates and policies are subject to change based on high impact periods and special requests.

All rates at the Crenshaw Guest House include breakfast and based on the 
following occupancies: Nichols-2; Hare-2; Petrie-3; Thach-3; Jordan-3; Samford-3; Pat 
Dye-6. Crenshaw Guest House reserves the right to charge an additional $25 per guest 
per night for each person over the standard occupancy for the rooms stated above. All 
lodging rates are subject to a 4% Alabama sales tax and a 7% Auburn lodging tax and a 2% Lee County tax. Rates are subject to change without notice. 
Crenshaw Guest House Policies:
 Check in is between 3:00-6:00pm. Please call to make arrangements to check-In 
outside of this window. 
 Early Arrivals are subject to room availability. There will be an Early Arrival Fee 
of $25 for check-in prior to 3:00pm. 
 Late Arrivals must be prearranged as well and could result in a $25 fee. 
 Check out is by 11:00am.
 Late check-outs will be charged $25 per hour after 11:00am. Check-outs after 
1:00pm will be responsible for the entire day. 
 Free off-street parking is available to guests.
 No smoking: We follow a strict no smoking policy inside the Crenshaw Guest 
House. There are designated smoking areas outside. If you choose to disregard our 
policy, there will be a subsequent cleaning fee added to your account. 
 Children: Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. If you are bringing 
children under 6, we ask that you reserve our rooms outside of the main house: Thach, 
Samford Jordan and Pat Dye. Children under 12 will be an additional $15 per day. 
 Pets: Our suites outside the main house are pet friendly. Please see our Pet Policy 
for more information. 
 Damages: Guests are responsible for all damages and will be charged accordingly 
with the credit card on file for the reservation. 
 Lost items: We hold lost items for 30 days and will return upon request. The 
guests are responsible for all shipping fees. We reserve the right to dispose or donate 
unclaimed items after 30 days.
Reservations can be placed online or by phone between the hours of 9:00am and 6:00pm. 
 We have a 2-night minimum for holiday weekends and special events.
 Outstanding balances are due at the time of checkout. We accept Visa, 
MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. If you are paying with cash, 
check or gift card, please let us know at the time of booking. 
 Group reservation/Whole House Reservations: We encourage group and whole 
house reservations. Guests reserving three or more rooms are considered a group. 
Please contact us for more information. 
 Discounts: We provide discounts for active duty and retired military, Emergency 
First Responders and seniors age 65+, unless there is a special event. Discounts 
cannot be combined with other promotions. 
 All cancellations and changes to reservation will be charged $25 per room.
 Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours, or if you do not arrive for your 
reservation, will be charged for one night's stay. 
 A 30-day cancellation notice is required for whole house bookings, multiple room
bookings and special events. 
 Cancellations must be made over the phone.
