As the nation faces a new normal, we have continued to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely. We have followed the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO),  and we have introduced additional protocols to our daily operations. Check-in &    Check-out         

Check-in & Check-out are contactless.  Credit card information will be provided at the time the reservation is confirmed. Prior to arrival, keys will be sanitized and placed in the room.

Occupancy          

A 24-hour minimum vacancy between guests is being implemented. During this time, the room will be deep cleaned and sanitized and all linens will be washed and sanitized in high-temperature wash.

Breakfast        

The traditional breakfast buffet has been suspended to minimize contacts. Breakfast will be served in the dining room, patio or delivered to the guest's room, depending on guest preference. Servers will be wearing masks and gloves and will be trained in Best Practices During the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Cookies
& Granola

Upon arrival at Crenshaw, guests are typically welcomed with fresh, home-made cookies and fresh, home-made gluten-free granola in our reception area. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we have eliminated these communal trays in our reception area. Instead, each guest will be welcomed with individually packaged cookies and granola in their room.

Common Areas         

Both guests and staff are required to wear face masks in common areas, and hand sanitizer will be available for use. Additionally, commonly touched items and areas will be frequently cleaned and sanitized.

Staff

Temperature checks will be administered regularly to staff. Masks and gloves will be worn by staff when preparing and serving food and when interacting with guests.
